3-on-3 Basketball Tournament Registration Form

Event Details:

• Date: July 26th & July 27th, 2025

• Location: SIUE First Community Arena, 101 Circle Dr, Edwardsville IL 62025

• Tournament Format: 3-on-3 Basketball, Round Robin, with a 4-game guarantee

Divisions (Grade Entering In Fall):

• 2nd & 3rd Grade

• 4th & 5th Grade

• 6th & 7th Grade

• 8th Grade

• High School

• Adult (Co-ed teams welcome)

Note: Boys' and girls' teams will be separated for the 2nd through High School divisions.

Team Information:

• Team Entry Fee: $300 per team

• Maximum Players per Team: 6 players

• All Team Members Receive Jersey

Tournament Highlights:

• 4-game guarantee for all teams

• Compete in your division with teams from various age groups

• Co-ed teams welcome in the Adult division
